The PM Kisan scheme, a program of the central government, provides Rs. 6,000 annually in three equal instalments of Rs. 2000 every four months for all land-holding farmer families who are eligible for income support.

The beneficiary’s bank account receives a direct credit of this amount.

When will the 12th instalment of PM Kisan be released?

The 12th instalment amount of the PM Kisan will be released between September and November 2022.

Typically, the first period lasts from April to July, the second from August to November, and the third from December to March. The government released the 11th instalment of PM Kisan on May 31, 2022. According to reports, the government releases one instalment every four months and it may happen sometime in September according to various news reports.

PM Kisan eKYC

According to the PM Kisan website, “eKYC is MANDATORY for PMKISAN Registered Farmers. OTP Based eKYC is available on PMKISAN Portal. Or nearest CSC centres may be contacted for Biometric based eKYC. Deadline of eKYC for all the PMKISAN beneficiaries has been extended till 31st August 2022. ”

How to check beneficiary status without an Aadhaar Card

Step 1: Visit PM Kisan’s official website first.

Step 2: The Farmers Corner option can be found here on the homepage’s right side.

Step 3: Click on The Beneficiary Status link

Step 4: Select either the Registration Number or the Mobile Number option to open a new page.

Step 5: Enter captcha code

Step 6: Click on generate OTP

If your eKYC is not completed, the system may ask you to first update your eKYC before checking the status.

How to raise a query on PK Kisan online
